"Happy Now" Zedd?

Last week, I received an email from Zedd asking me to tell him what I think of his new song "Happy Now".  So Zedd, I won't ask you right now, but at the end of the article let me know if you're "Happy Now".  

     So with this song, he said he has done something different. What is it do you ask?  Well he uses more instrumentals instead of the usual synthesizer sounds that most EDM artist use, not that he doesn't use it, but he definitely uses less of it.  I wouldn't necessarily place this into the EDM genre though, this more leads into pop. Which is TOTALLY okay, but if you're looking for dance music this is not the song for you. What is cool about this, is it reminds me of the song "Fireflies" by Owl City, which is a great song, but Owl City never really expanded from there.  If he wants to really have this kind of music continue to grow mainstream, he has to want to make as many influencers make youtube covers of this using any instruments or tools that come into mind.  I think that would be really fun to see.
